Naturally, the guy behind the counter with the slicked back hair, had to explain that I couldn't do that. And of course, I probably should have known the relevant law! That much is on me. But what I didn't expect was how UNPLEASANT and ANGRY this guy got in response. He looked at me with such contempt! He looked at me like I was a threat, or a moron, or somehow like a guy endangering his business. I want to be clear-- I was 100% sober, I was well dressed, making good eye contact, trying to communicate well-- and this guy basically YELLED at me, he was furious. It was insane how out of proportion his reaction was, to what I did. Not every customer is going to know every law. When a customer doesn't know a law, that doesn't mean they are a bad person or deserve to be spoken to harshly and without any sympathy. It is BASIC CUSTOMER SERVICE to be CORDIAL to the people who are supporting your business. When you ATTACK someone, you are no longer holding up your end of the bargain by creating a space where people feel SAFE to do business. I will not be coming back here, I am literally afraid to return, this guy looked so damn mad at me!

I wish I could give this place no stars…read more If you get cash back its a 1 dollars charge and a .50 cent charge to use the ATM card. They block the sign that are supposed to show you the charges on the counter under the 2 for 1 dollar meat sticks. So when I asked a taller middle eastern gentleman with a black bluetooth in his ear, why it's hidden under there he flips out by getting loud with me, "I don't want your money and I'm not playing these games with you. And you can leave my store." I didn't say anything about games but from his reaction he knows his store does something wrong. I have no words for that incident except enough to give this place a 0-1 star review.

She asked her manager Sara to assist in making this right. Sara declined and stated no discount and that it was not misleading as the bottom shelf had no clearance sign on it. Upon checking out Sara had attitude and continue to tell me that I was wrong on thinking this display was misleading. Maya remained nice and helpful.
