Before each session, she asks a series of questions and offers advice on other remedies that could help outside of massage. I've had ongoing lower back issues ranging from pinched nerves to offset hips and herniated discs. Each and every time I go in, I come out feeling like a million bucks. Unlike many other massage therapists I've seen, she ensures that she is treating the areas that you need and want to be treated. I've even had therapists tell me that they "don't think that area needs to be addressed". She is well educated on many different areas which I feel has helped me tremendously in being able to help with the pain during the day to day. I recently have had an exorbitant am isn't of pain in the lower right aide of my back. She had explained that particular muscle reaches around into the stomach and had me roll over and massaged a muscle in my hip. I was shocked t0 see the difference it made and so incredibly thankful for her knowledge in that.
