Once you get in they ask for full payment up front PLUS TIP 4.). I've never had someone use so much oil on just my back I told her I would go ahead and pay but I would not leave a tip yet she wanted me to leave the tip area blank so they could fill it in. I put a big 0 with a line thru it. Tips are based on services you receive not knowing what I was getting I was not leaving a tip ahead of time. She used hot towels & rocks on my shoulders. I just got a upper body massage since I had sore neck muscles It's definitely a different type of massage.
