After a lot of thorough research, calls and emails, I managed to find out that Ian Boettcher Volkswagon had a silver polo that had docked on the 29th October and was due into the dealership soon. I managed to get a hold of this car (very very lucky) and was able to pick it up about 2 weeks later! I had Gambia and HE'S AWESOME. So so lovely and dedicated to his job. He's not pushy at all and just an all around general good man. I would so recommend him and I'd definitely go back here and buy a future vehicle/ recommend them. Even though I'm from the Northside of Brisbane I would travel the distance to have their quality service. I've been to a few VW dealerships in Brisbane and they've all been pretty pushy and irritating (one which we walked out of). All of the people that work here are friendly and I thoroughly enjoyed giving them my life savings :P Top quality service. Top quality cars. Top quality people. Definitely give them a shot. They're well worth the 45 minute drive. Not even kidding.
