RECOMMEND, RECOMMEND, RECOMMEND. In search of a VW Polo 2015 model and realising they've sold out Australia wide I was in a pickle. After a lot of thorough research, calls and emails, I managed to find out that Ian Boettcher Volkswagon had a silver polo that had docked on the 29th October and was due into the dealership soon. I managed to get a hold of this car (very very lucky) and was able to pick it up about 2 weeks later! I had Gambia and HE'S AWESOME. So so lovely and dedicated to his job. He's not pushy at all and just an all around general good man. I would so recommend him and I'd definitely go back here and buy a future vehicle/ recommend them. Even though I'm from the Northside of Brisbane I would travel the distance to have their quality service. I've been to a few VW dealerships in Brisbane and they've all been pretty pushy and irritating (one which we walked out of). All of the people that work here are friendly and I thoroughly enjoyed giving them my life savings :P Top quality service. Top quality cars. Top quality people. Definitely give them a shot. Disgraceful abusive communication received from female employee and witnessed by my wife standing next to myself when we asked for an explanation of the deep gouging to the paint on the bonnet of our Nissan Patrol when a snorkel was fitted by this business. Unethical rude business who does not care about customers or customers property. Avoid all cost! read more

Fantastic service from the whole team today! I bought a VW UP in 2013 and took my daughter in today to buy a VW Polo. Had the same great service from Danny who explained everything very simply and gave us a great deal once again than Mick helped us with accessories and Trevor arranged all the finance. All the guys were absolutely fabulous and very patient with the two of us. I love Volkswagen so am an easy sell but not once did these guys try the hard sell, they simply put my daughter in a car that suited her and her finances.
