One star. 3.9 rating is not accurate of the service or customer service you'll receive. What happened: On 5/26, the groomer arrived 30 minutes early (good start). I requested my sister's Yorkie groomed with a round face and my Cairn Terrier cut short with a round face and carrot tail. The groomer said "okay" with enthusiasm--but had headphones in the entire conversation, which should've been my first red flag. The grooming: Both dogs came back over-shaved with no texture to work with. The Yorkie lost the length needed for the ponytail she usually wears. The Cairn Terrier's face was shaved bare--whiskers, beard, all gone. Only one of his four paws was properly shaped; the other three were unfinished. Hair is patchy and uneven across his body. Their response: A week later, I contacted them about the poor quality. Instead of apologizing or offering a redo, they cited a 24-hour complaint policy not mentioned until this time. I wasn't asking for a refund--I wanted them to acknowledge the problem and offer a solution. A simple "we'll send a better groomer next time" would've earned a second chance. I called this company for a full grooming on my golden retriever. All was fine until day of. Our appointment was set for 12:30, they tried to come an hour and a half early while nobody was home, I had to tell them no because we were still at work, we have a set appointment time and it's not at 11. once they got here at the correct time i felt rushed and felt like i wasn't fully listened to and felt he was kind of was forceful with my dog. During the appointment I got a very confusing text from the groomer so i had to actually go out to the van during her appointment to figure out what was going on then i get a text that she's ready, we get inside the house and she is licking her front paws like crazy so i look, and they are EXTREMELY red and irritated. Never in my five years of getting this dog groomed have I ever had any issues. Her back paws are still dirty, she's still wet in some spots, her nails were clipped poorly. Después me llamó alguien de IansPupsGrooming diciendo que a ellos solo le aparecía una cita pero no una llamada ya que a mí me recomendaron la empresa y a la persona que me había hecho el servicio porque "me recomendaron y no fui directa".
