If these are the men that fight for justice, it's an immense disappointment! I expressed my concern to Mr. Marshall at my eviction. I asked him to represent me, and the only thing he did was defer my hearing date by arriving late to the hearing after charging the above amount. It was adjourned and then he charged me $500 more for a second representation. For that one, he ignored most of my emails and didn't even listen to the evidence I wanted to submit. He told me to show up to the hearing and just wait for the result without submitting anything to defend myself. When I complained and told him I had only two days to submit evidence and he had not helped me build a case or hear my defense, he terminated the contract. He merely kept me in the apt a few more months, but was not intending to actually help me, he didn't! However, as soon as I said I'd file a complaint to the society, he immediately terminated the contract. He is an unethical person and represented me in bad faith and completely lacks professionalism. Beware of his cunning tactics! Once again, he'll charge you $1045.25 but not show up for the entire hearing, only to arrive late and have the hearing adjourned (he barely even spoke). Then he'll ask you for $500 more for a second adjourned hearing but will do nothing for you ( he doesn't even look at your documents/evidence) and basically your waiting to be evicted without a fair and just trial/hearing. Please be advised and careful of him. He is a typical shark out for your money, looking for ignorant people to take advantage of them.
