However, the representative stated that she could be helpful. I started to explain my needs, then she interrupts me and says, "We need all the details of your situation, and when you're serious, about doing business with our firm, please do call us back." She proceeds by ending the telephone call. It is in my opinion, that when working with potentially "new" clients, that you may have a bit more patients to understand their needs.
