I had a previous call with Mr. Davis a few days ago, where he apologized that his firm was unable to start my taxes yet, but assured me that he would take care of me personally. I was only able to have this phone call with him after his staff assured me that my taxes were completed already and were in "review" status. My family has mistakenly given this business the benefit of the doubt time after time and now we are in the unfortunate situation where we will most likely miss the payment deadline. Needless to say we will be taking this to the NJ division of taxation as well as the IRS. STAY AWAY

This year, my almost 90 year old mother found errors in her return, and then I found more. First, an office staff member tried to snow her with some lame excuse which was an outright lie (that once upon a time the original bank name was Philadelphia Coke). Disgraceful. It was obvious that they had somehow inter-mingled another client's financial institution information within her tax return. I tried speaking with the staff member with my mother on the phone with me. She is incredibly rude and interrupts you in the middle of your questions. On my mother's behalf with my mother's permission, I had several questions that I wanted Mr. Ron Davis to answer, so left him easily 5 messages to return my call. He has never returned my call to this day. They did correct her tax return accurately, but that experience immediately had me seek out a different accountant for my '23 tax return services. I no longer recommend them. Sloppy, rude, unprofessional.

This guy Ralf Reinberg filed my taxes without my consent! I somehow had too many questions he…read morecouldn't answer and went ahead and filed without my signatures maybe because I was asking for my money back. He had no idea that my taxes were prepared differently than the year before by his own company. He just seemed to not want to deal with it. I could not believe this guy would do this. He somehow used a pin number, and I'm not sure how he could do that. Maybe it was from the previous year? At first, I didn't feel comfortable that they wouldn't let me review the returns until I paid them, but when I finally reviewed them, there were errors and a huge tax bill I had ever seen. They didn't catch the proper deductions. When I discussed this with Ralf Reinberg, he just made that one correction. That's when I asked for an extension to have them reviewed by another accountant. I had no issues the first year, but in the second year, our taxes were completely prepared differently than the last year. When I called back he would disguise his voice and never returned my phone calls. I had to have my taxes amended as the second accountant said that they had placed my deductions on the wrong schedules and prepared them completely incorrectly - not even sure if they did that on purpose or if they really don't know what they're doing. Do NOT use this guy at all! He's an all-around bad person.
