Nestled in the trees if I spend 5 minutes or 45 minutes inside the bank, I'll return to a cool car in the shade. They also help me keep my cool when I forget how to use my technology. The Frost bank app is easier to use than my iPhone itself. I really take notice of the professionalism... * for a bank this means that all amounts of money are considered important, all customers are equal bank clients, every customers' privacy and security is expected in all bank actions. This particular location is lucky to have Mr. Morris, a personal banker who was truly there for me and my family after my dad passed away. Had to handle a lot of business (powers of atty, putting myself on acct so I could best help my widow mother, separate acct for the estate, etc) and Mr. Morris has been really awesome. Alone, he's worth 5 stars. Unfortunately even with Mr. Morris, I've struggled with countless roadblocks, mostly corporate, but also with branch employees. More than once, I've run into tellers/others who "didn't see me on the account", turning me away despite my KNOWING everything was in order (I'm an attorney, by the way). Instead of trying to find the answer, seems the default frame of mind is, "I don't see that in the computer, therefore I can't help you" (or, unspoken, "I don't know how to do that, therefore, go away"). Example: one time I attempted to deposit checks for my mom, but didn't yet know their account #. Explained the situation to the teller (dad died, I'm handling a lot of finances, my name should be on account, I have power of attorney) and gave her my Information. DENIED! she couldn't figure it out, therefore it wasn't her problem. Needless to say, I always look for Mr. Morris because he knows my situation well and gets whatever I need, accomplished. Another time: mom wrote a check to cash, but the teller almost didn't let me cash it because I didn't have the account number! (Psssst, hey lady, the account number IS ON THE FREAKIN' CHECK!) Again, thank God for Mr. Morris. The hoops to jump through at the corporate level are RIDICULOUS. Can't tell you how many time we've scanned my dad's death certificate to "the powers that be" in order to get something accomplished. The Power of Attorney I presented early on was initially denied, because it wasn't an original (even it doesn't have to be). Stuff like that. Left hand....has no idea what the right hand is doing. Beware when trying to handle business with "the big banks", be prepared to be frustrated. But if you're going here, ask for Mr. Morris.

It took me a couple tries to figure out what was happening BUT no payment was ever late. In fact I paid more than they were asking me to and early but Bank of America immediately cancelled my cc. I called asking to appeal it was on the phone for at least an hour and they couldn't help me and said I had to wait for the letter to come in the mail. I got letters in the mail and nothing was about the cancellation so I called again. Another hour down: told again there would be a phone number for me to dispute the cancellation. They all lied to me. I got the letter and there was no number so I called again. TWO HOURS. And they told me to kick rocks basically and said there is no appeal process and they don't care if this is a misunderstanding. Horrible customer service. My credit is taking a hit for NO reason. And on top of that they LIED to me. Then told me I could open a new account. Absolutely NOT. Bank of America will never get my business.
