They have a very warm customer service, very friendly so I am strongly recommend this company, they even offer themselves to drop us to the airport for free. Had a blast making GOPRO footage the whole time with my helmet mountable camera (obviously not included). I'd highly recommend this as a way to explore ibiza. You can take your ATV anywhere, including highways, mountains, etc. Price is very reasonable, you'll spend more money getting taxis. The ATV was in good condition, no mechanical issues. After going back and forth for 4 days, they told me because I bought I bought at a discounted price, I would receive NO refund. This contradicts what the two gentlemen told me about receiving a refund. I filed a chargeback and got my money back but they wasted my time. 0 stars.
