I went in to get it fixed because of the poor job that concluded with it and they wouldn't accept it even though i was still in my 90 days for warranty. They did not tell me that if I had scratches in my screen it would void it so easily. Therefore, I spent $120 for a screen that ended up being poor quality and now they can't fix it. So now I have a screen that's coming off of my phone and my keyboard is mistyping things. I will never go here again and I will not recommend this place to anyone I know. They could have at least refunded me some money for the poor job that ended up being done on the screen.

Sean tried and it was just a better option to get another PC and transfer what I had backed up. He got me a good deal from eBay and helped me. Took some getting used to Win 11, but I have a faster used PC now that is newer than mine was. And more storage space. I also have a PC that can 'go to sleep' again. I am 'thrifty' and Sean is always willing to work with you. It was at a time when he had other things to focus on, but I was very satisfied and he is generous with his expertise. He helped get some of my older programs working on the new PC, too. I am glad I read some reviews and contacted him. Sometimes I have been able to upgrade things and solve computer things, but this was different.

This ATT store has got the worse customer service. I was unfortunate to have Rain (or that is what…read morethe Manager said her name was) I question that! Anyway that girl needs to go find another job like mowing lawns I went in to upgrade she was so rude. After I was there for amount 45 mins and she setup everything THEN SHE TELLS ME THATS $99 for taxes. I said online they bill me. She rudely said well then do that because we are not affiliated with att. WHAT I SAID! I said cancel my order. I left and we not more got outside and the service on my phone was off. I went back in and asked for the manager Eric!. He was just as rude. I waited an hour for him to correct the problem with ATT (Hum thought RAIN said they were not affiliated with them! I asked who his boss was - he said Veronica (District Manager) but she doesn't have a contact #. Hum again. I am on a mission to find this Veronica and any other corporate representative. We as customers should not have be treated like this. I went to another ATT store and they said they always get customers from this store because of the rudeness and lack of service.
