Those towers have a max output and data usage based on the amount of people on the network. The only way to provide the promised bandwidth is to have enough back end systems to support the amount of users on a single tower. However, TISD has over sold their hidden valley tower. I have been discussing, and arguing with tech support from my second week of getting TISD. I've had it five months. I spoke with the supervisor, and multiple tech support agents, in tech support, and they always have an excuse for why I only get 0.5-1mbps in the evening every day. I pay for 8mbps. I've done my part and replaced routers at home, reset them, run countless speed tests, etc etc. The supervisor told me that the technology is like "The Wild West." If it's like the Wild West, don't promise things to your customers and deliver substandard service. Plain and simple TISD has oversold their towers it appears. They don't have the back end equipment to support the amount of users they have put on their network. That means the end user only gets a portion of what is promised. At first my service was great but now it's unusable in the evening. I'm terribly upset with my service from TISD, and customer support is sub par. I finally ended up writing this review to alert others looking to purchase TISD.

That in 14 days I would get a virtual visa card I could pay of my Verizon phones. Josh and Micheal screwed up the paperwork and I did not receive. So Verizon then drafted my account for $1400 for the phones. I went to the store to find out why that happened and Micheal the "manager" said Joshed tried to call. He never called me. Do not let this happen to you!!

When we set up our family service we asked for the free phones that went with the 5GB data plan which were Samsung On5. The lady gave four phones to my wife which turned out to be Samsung Galaxy J5 which at the time was also free but only with the 15GB data. Fortunately they waived the restocking fee so it only cost us an extra trip to Victoria the next day (45 minutes away). The next time we dealt with them they added two SyncUP devices which the lady told me over the phone would be just $7 each and $10 a month for both vehicles. NOPE!!! Turns out the $70 devices are $10 a month PER VEHICLE! Customer service has been able to help fix our stuff and calm me down each time but it would sure be nice to talk to people who know and care what they are saying. I have yet to find that at this location.

Then I would talk about it and someone asked me "well what will you do without the internet?" In a condensing tone. I switched providers with that. And the price went up and up. I simply couldn't afford it anymore. 1 star easily. Then got them back. There was this one tech guy that came out and set something up but then it never worked so I called again and this other guy came out and fixed it and we got to talking and he said it was like he was fixing up his messes. "You have to know what you are doing" "I know you're new but come on man" Internet for me is an enjoyable luxury not a need. I literally use it for online gaming and streaming. I've been without it for years before. It's gone up $10. I'm hoping that I can still afford it in the future. But if I have to cut something the internet would be the first thing to go. As much as I enjoy being online it's not a need but a want. The only time it's actually been out for me is when the actual place has an outage but it wasn't their fault at all. There was a bad storm to which I hope the people there were ok. 3 stars cuz it's alright. I stay connected and just have to restart my router a normal amount. They even had the BBB come after them with a lawsuit for price gouging. Honestly I'd choose another provider if you are able or just find a way to use your smart phone. There's an app called net share that allows you to have an unlimited hotspot if you have an unlimited data plan. Also the apartment has free internet with the office so I could always just go there with my laptop, download games and be good to go playing offline like before.
