Warm greeting and she offered water, restroom before we got started. She went over what we were getting . I got the wet look and previous place I went to they used a certain curl "M " so I asked about it, and she recommended based off my eye shape. I appreciated that very much. She recommended a size that would fit me. Everyone eye and face is different so that made me very comfortable. Dima will let you know what you will be doing as soon as you lay down and believe me you'll be comfortable. I love she takes her time and perfect everything. She showed my finished result and I was in love. I haven't had the right size curl pattern in years and I never knew. I don't like the over dramatic overly super long lashes or the super curl that I never thought would fit my face. I love my lashes, I love this true wet look. I love how the quality of the lashes are and they fit my face and not those thick lashes we see everywhere. You can tell she cares about the integrity of her work. she could've easily charged me with the "M " lash I mentioned but she wasn't trying to get over. I appreciate that so much. Anyone else would have easily charged extra for anything but she will tell you what she feels look appropriate for your eyes and explain why. The girl kept saying she would be there in ten minutes to the other girl and then literally never showed up for an hour. The owner said she was very sick leaking body fluid but he straight up just lied to me because I heard her keep saying be there in "ten more minutes" "ten more minutes" I waited until 11:00 before leaving and going to sit in traffic and drive 45 minutes home. I lost my ENTIRE morning for NOTHING. I do not know why I gave them another chance but I booked a 9am appointment a week in advance just so they would be extremely sure that they showed up. Received multiple email confirmations for my 9am appointment. Drove 45 minutes again got there 15 minutes early again and THE DOOR WAS LOCKED. I was stood up AGAIN. I waited another HOUR before leaving to go sit in traffic again. I am now still sitting in traffic waiting to get home my eta is 11am. That's literally hours and hours of my life lost to being stood up by this horribly unprofessional studio. and the owner had the audacity to change my schedule time on his schedule and email me "sorry we had you listed as the wrong time" when I received so many email confirmations texts etc and booked online so I know for a fact they had the right time and he's lying. Literally ruined my day. Do NOT go here UPDATE : They offered me a complimentary appointment to compensate so I am updating my review to 5 stars as they fixed the issue but I am leaving the above as reference still
