IC Store, the second WantedDesign store in NYC and the first in Brooklyn, takes its name from its trendy location, Industry City. WantedDesign is a NYC-based platform supporting a creative, design community, and their stores feature curated works from their network. The IC Store, like many of the new spaces in the Industry City complex, is spacious and beautifully lit. It features an aesthetic that comfortably juxtaposes refurbished hardwood, traditional dark woods, and industrial accents. Filling this space are beautiful, original products from domestic designers, many from Brooklyn and working in the Industry City complex itself. The product lines broadly covers home decor, and also includes accessories, toys, books, and personal care products. Many of the furniture pieces displaying products are for sale themselves. It is a pleasure to browse the well-made, attractive, and elegantly designed products offered here. It should go without saying that the prices are commensurate with original design, but many are more than reasonable for the quality, and prices span a large range. read more

Wonderful little shop with lots of unique (and useful) items and wonderful customer service. Would absolutely recommend a pop in next time you are in Industry City. I was looking for a very specific item for a gift and the shop staff was able to help me locate it and were cery communicative and responsive through the process! read more

But then I came across 3D Print and my message was responded to so quickly, so kindly, and with reasonable pricing and turnaround. Joseph did an amazing job, and was honest when he saw that my own wedding band was too thin for a legible inscription; rather than engrave it and potentially ruin the band for the extra money, Joseph politely suggested I refrain from any engraving on it and he was right. The inscription on my husbands band was done perfectly and is beautiful - we are so happy with the end result and recommend getting any and all things engraved by Joseph. We can't thank him enough!

I've been to this location plenty of times for facial and hair appointments. I must sat entering…read morethe venue takes patience. You either have to press the button on the intercom or wait until someone us exiting the building. There are a few restrooms on the ground floor, however, you need to know the pass code in order to ultize them. I knew the code initially, however, it recently changed and I'm unaware of the new code. The building is kept clean and there are so many suites in total. It's imperative to know ahead of time which specific suite you are going to because you can easily get lost. There's usually no one around to ask for assistance to location your desired suite.

This is exactly the same kind of uncaring, condescending response I received initially & in line with my experience. & As with so much misleading information in this process, implying that we are liars or misinformed is easier than showing any empathy or accountability. Again, my only hope is that someone else can learn from what is being demonstrated here. I'll see myself out!
