There is a small parking lot in front of the store. On Friday, we ordered paint by phone to pick up curbside for a weekend project. The clerk that helped me out, was super friendly. I told him what color I wanted and he help us with which formulation to get. I was able to pay over the phone and the paint was ready to pick up in 15 minutes. Getting product was easy and I didn't even have to go in the store. They even mixed it for me! The paint, as always, is high quality. Colors are exact. They make my DYI projects easy and rewarding. I'll be back.

The owner is particularly knowledgeable and has been very helpful when searching for the right product for each job. I have always preferred to use Benjamin Moore paints, but also appreciate being able to get qualified advice from an experienced professional. This is something just that can't be found at the big box stores. About two years ago I refinished my kitchen cabinets and painted my home's exterior. The gutters were covered in mildew and the kitchen cabinets had been hastily painted by the prior owner with cheap paint and had numerous finishing defects. The owner advised me on surface prep and recommended excellent products, including a paint that would minimize the need for multiple coats on my exterior. He even custom tinted a recommended primer (which wasn't a Benjamin Moore product, surprisingly) for my cabinets. Two years later, in a home with a young child, both paint jobs still look as good as they did on day one. I highly recommend them and will be buying all of my paints here.

The quality of the paint is outstanding - we typically get 6 years before we paint again. We recently picked up 5 gallons at this location. They had what we needed in stock and the clerk mixed it up for us and she carried it out to the car for us in the rain. There was no waiting. The staff is friendly. The store is small in a small strip mall. Free parking in front of the store. Inside, you can purchase supplies and get ideas for painting. I did have trouble using their on line ColorSnap design tool. The tool requires registration with personal info and then is cumbersome to use. It frustrated me as I spent a couple hours setting up and then was not successful with its use. It was not a snap. Great idea though and perhaps they can work out the kinks.

I placed an online order for Flavacol to pickup at the store…read more I received a phone call letting me know they didn't actually have any in store and would order it for me. then i would receive a call when it arrived so i could come pick it up. i got another call from another employee letting me know the same thing a different day lol. very nice they were on it! and when my order was ready for pickup i was notified immediately by phone and email. when i walked in i didn't have to say much someone was already walking to grab my bag. obviously this is a hardware store but they do sell a variety of ends!
