Pretty decent location that is pretty hidden if you don't know that it's there. I heard about this place through an event that was scheduled to place there. With the amount of people that this event could potentially bring, I felt that they should have more than one person; at least 2. Ice cream is not made fresh daily as advertised. Banana pudding ice cream is disgusting, very artificial tasting, no vanilla wafers, and looks nothing like what's on their instagram page. Oreo ice cream has no Oreos and they were stingy with the sprinkles. My experience here was definitely not worth the time or money spent. Bluebell has a better banana pudding ice cream that is 100x better and has real vanilla wafers and bananas. It's across from Finga Licking and a few blocks away from the new shopping center that is still in the process of opening completely. The decor was playful, colorful and fun and they had a few games available to utilize in the lounge area next to the ice cream bar where they also have a large flat screen television mounted to the wall. Instead of having the flavors of the available ice cream, whoever works behind the counter is tasked with greeting you and telling you what each flavor is and also offers for you to sample. The customer service was great, also. The only thing that was a drawback for me was that payment was made thru the chip reader attached to the employee's cell phone which made it slightly uncomfortable. Really love this place. My wife found out about it and it was promoted as a nice place to visit during 2019 MIAMI Art Basel weekend as the Ice Cream Social. Had things set up real nice and bright and a DJ on-site. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable very accommodating. The hall way that changes color is pretty cool too. This is about the only place in miami who has grapenut ice cream and it is good and the portions are decent, they give you ice cream for your money. They were slammed when I got there with patrons. The guy at the register still greeted me and told me there was a little wait. I really appreciated that because nowadays when you walk up to a counter they do not acknowledge you at all. I really loved the bright colored quality shirts they had on. When it was my turn one of the staff recommended I choose the Vegan Caramel because there was no more yogurt. When he told me it was made with almond milk, I almost jumped for joy. I don't know why but it is very hard to find a place that doesn't have regular milk in every single thing. I have a challenge I am doing tomorrow to start for 90 days but I know where I'm coming back to once I am able to get a sweet reward. Sweet guys on staff. My first experience here was terrible. We decided to come here on National Ice Cream Day. That was our first mistake. Obviously, they didn't stock for what should be their biggest day (wow). We stood in a line outside for an hour and 45 minutes. Why, we have no idea, because there was only 5 people in line in front of us. Inside we waited an additional 20 minutes in line. Once we reached the counter, we ordered what was supposed to be elephant ears topped with ice cream. Although, it was repeated several times, the young man only rung up the elephant ears because by now it was closing time and they are hurrying everyone along in the store. Now, we find out that there are only 4 flavors of ice cream available. None of which we like or want. Let me recap for you... 2 hours and 5 minutes in line and no one thought to inform us that there was only have 4 flavors of ice cream left, Really?? So, you thought we all were waiting on elephant ears??
