Everything was handled verbally, which made it impossible to officially cancel my membership despite my clear intent to do so. Their website also provides no information about cancellation policies which only adds to the lack of transparency. Now, months later (4-6 months to be exact), I'm still disputing charges for services I never received. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere reputable, preferably accredited by the BBB, and not a business with multiple complaints already filed against them.

However this guy really cuts straight to the heart of the problem and he really works hard to get you to perfect spinal alignment! He works on upper cervical so I guess if you have lower back pain he wouldn't be able to help you as much but if you're prone to migraines or stiff shoulders, he can cure you! He can also reset most of your body, like if you have tmj and your jaw is crooked, he works on that! If your hips are crooked he fixes that! If your arm popped out, just tell him! He'll fix that! His scans the back of your neck to look for discrepancies and then he makes you lay down on a firm bed to relax your spine and get it to be the shape it normally rests on! Then he scans your neck again, and proceeds to crack your spine into place! It's really refreshing! And if that part of the bone will hurt, he will let you know! He has a great character! My orthopedist said that chirpopractors tend to be very helpful with this problem. When i went in, my wife literally had to help me walk from the car to the clinic. Dr. Gavin reviewed my x-rays, asked numerous questions and then gave me an exam. Then he surprised me with, "did they tell you that you also have a protruding L5, which is likely contributing to much of your pain?" Wow! No they hadn't, but in later appointments my PT said he was correct. The bottom line is, I needed help walking in and was in great pain, but walked out on my own nearly pain free.
