First time here and glad I went. Very professional nursing staff that explains every detail and makes it a relaxed/comfortable setting. Never felt pressured or rushed. I did a custom IV and the red light session. Very pleased and will return

I've had further conversations with the owner off of Yelp, and I've come to reconsider my initial…read morerating. The things I stated still stands. Quick summary: I paid for the $50 trial special. A few things, including one fairly major thing, hurt the experience. I'll let you read the previous review for details if you want. Was my experience overall good? Mmm, I'd say it was fine. Cryotherapy and red light saunas were as advertised. Facial seemed to be performed well. I didn't want to get into any arguments, but I truly didn't notice a real difference in the before and after pic. I ultimately decided to up my review because the owner sold me on how much she genuinely cares. This is surprisingly rare, especially these days. I've dealt with management/ownership of many businesses over my years of writing on Yelp. I still remember Chef Gilberto personally thanking me for my positive review of Chichen Itza back in 2013. I can tell you that owner Micheline M. is definitely one of the good ones. I am now potentially going to inquire about their new ad and how they can help me lose 2 dress sizes in 6 weeks. I wholeheartedly trust Micheline's management of this business.

I was gifted a session in the sensory deprivation tank for my birthday. I used my gift today and I…read morethoroughly enjoyed it. Seth was very personable and explained everything I needed to know about the experience. He even gave me a little gift bag with shampoo, body wash and earplugs (to keep the water out of my ears). They use a whole lotta Epsom salts to achieve a salinity akin to the Dead Sea. You cannot, not float. He explained how the tank is kept sanitary. He showed me how easily the lid opened, in case I started to feel claustrophobic (I did not). Then he left so that I could get undressed. You can wear a bathing suit, or not. I chose not. Because of the high salinity, the water feels a bit viscous and slippery. It was unexpected, but not objectionable. I pressed the button that started my session, closed the lid, laid back in the water and floated and floated and floated .... in almost complete darkness (a small amount of ambient light coming under the door from the hallway filtered through the gasket of the closed tank). Unlike Sheldon (Big Bang Theory), I did not see Mandelbrot Sets in the darkness. When the time was up, I raised the lid, showered and dressed, then left feeling totally relaxed. The only negative was that the salts get on anything you touch until you shower. But, that's a small thing that was easily remedied. I look forward to doing this again.

My experience at Mindful Movement was amazing. It took care of much needed relaxation. I was also…read moreimpressed yesterday with the many services available there and I plan to make the center a part of my complete wellness package.
