If you earn £1 you have to spend £10 to redeem it so thought it's not that great afterall. The service here is quite slow, tend to only have one til open until the queue reaches the back of the store. I do find alot of the cabinets are quite empty at times. Although an overall clean store with some brilliant bargains. Staff are very helpful.. thats why mum's go to Iceland!

They have arrays of pickled vegetables, honey , baklavas,turkish-delights and stuffed olives which taste so so great and all types of mediterranian cheese and youghurst as well. There is a huge range of product all very reasonable and all packed neatly into the five aisles of teh shop. the butchers is at the back and you get some great salami from the fridge section too. The staff though the struggle with their english are very warm and friendly and seem like a happy bunch.

Came here to shop our groceries, but also to get some M&S products we love to bring back home. The shop has a decent size, isn't too busy and had what we needed and wanted. Got soda, milk, water, bread, veggies and fruit, crackers, cheese, steaks, chicken, haggis & blood sausage, potatoes, some humus and guacamole dip, toast, beans, sausages, wine and prosecco. Also bought a whole bunch of shortbread cookies, M&S chocolate covered cookies, strawberry cookies, TimTams and lots of toffees to bring home. As usual we liked the products, their quality and their fair prices. Staff was friendly and helpful. M&S just has a good standard we always enjoy, that's why we keep coming back on our trips to the UK. A good shopping experience.

Waitrose's slogan is good food, honestly priced, and for me, this was like when Prince Charles said that food was too cheap. Don't get me wrong, it's not that they stock expensive food at expensive prices, I've never yet seen Beluga Cavier at £10 a pound, but it's that they stock products that I can get at other super-markets for cheaper, especially with the age of internet shopping on us. The staff are always very helpful though, and the shop has a very relaxed atmosphere about it for a super-market, and you don't feel stressed to the point you just want to charge around the store and get out. Because of it's size, Waitrose offers an excellent range of food, drink, media, and much more, and they're always fully stocked, even with their special offers and promotions.

The also have a range of chilled snacks in their chilled department, plus the usual sweets, fizzy drinks, alcohol, etc. They are open fairly late - usually until 9pm or later so it's very convenient if you need to buy something ASAP (a quick dinner, toiletries etc).
