I started out cleaning a construction site by myself. Next I cleaned private homes. Now I manage a profitable cleaning company with employees trained personally by me.

Meet the Business Owner: Jenna B.

I started working at the age of 16 at Wendy's. I got a job because I thought that's what you do when you turn 16. I enjoyed making people smile and surprising them with how quick and efficiently I could serve them. Next I worked at Starbucks and became a shift manager after a few years. There I truly enjoyed making customers' days by having their "usual" ready for them sometimes before they got up to the counter. I was the training lead and cleaning lead at my store. That's when I learned that I really liked making things clean for others to enjoy. I left Starbucks and started my cleaning company of one, me. I named it iclean because that's what I do. I clean. Now we clean. I gained my first employ in the spring of 2017. Cleaning with a partner produced more consistent cleaning results and a more enjoyable working environment. Now I can have up to 3 teams of 2 cleaning at one time. I train all my workers personally so we all clean to the same high standard. Consistency is key!
