It began flaking immediately. They touched it up 3 times, but it just kept on flaking. I gave up, but now we wanted to sell our house, and it looked awful (see photos). The Final Coat told me it was out of warranty and was not their problem. I offered to split the cost with them in some manner, as I realize it's been 5 years now. They told me they would only redo it for full price. I had Deck Rescue redo it, it cost $1800, and our deck now looks fine. If The Final Coat had told me it would cost $3600 to redo and they would split it with me, I would have paid them the $1800. I also think that after retouching 3 times in 2019 they should have checked back with me to see if it was alright. If you are considering using Final Coat, I would think twice about it.

I tell ya, he was only $250.00 off of the other quotes we received. So, we were impressed with his pricing ability to be so close to our other quotes. Luckily for us, we went on vacation the day AJ & his team started the project. AJ kept us updated on how it was going throughout the project. We always knew what was going on and where we stood on scheduling. With our Century Home, the bathroom water lines & drains were corroded and clogged, the floor under the toilet was rotted, the bathtub walls, drains and mold was a major headache. Jackson remodeling fixed all of that. Now, I have NO issues with drinking tap water from the bathroom sink and the mold is gone due to the ceiling fan installation. We couldn't be happier with our new bathroom. We can't wait to have AJ and his team to come back and remodel our kitchen. I highly recommend these guys. UPDATE: The new shower head sprung a leak.
