He installed a new shower pan, shower walls, faucet, then shower doors. He never seemed rushed, but continued working. He demonstrated phenomenal workmanship and superior work ethics. He did everything promised and sought our approval throughout the entire project. He was respectful, pleasant and knowledgeable. He ended each day with cleaning up. So we called around and got about 7 estimates. We chose to go with BLC roofing after listening to their proposal, and we are SO glad that we did. They tore off the old roof, replaced sheeting where necessary, and installed a new Owens Corning roof. They also tore down and replaced the gutters throughout the house. Nate Plum of Plum Solutions LLC checks all the boxes. Nate advised us on tile selection, trim, and even patched some drywall areas for us. Also, his installation and know-how are second-to-none. He had all the right tools for the job, was organized, a pleasant individual to talk to, and cleaned up everything at the end of each day. At one point, we removed tile to discover an exposed electrical box from the prior owners hidden in the wall. While most any bootleg tradesman would just cover back over it again with tile, Nate strongly urged us to have it professionally handled so he could continue. Louis and crew worked 12+ hours the first day and finished in 5 hours 2 days later. Beautiful work, professional, friendly crew. Prompt acquisition of materials from out of state so scheduling was quick. Cost was same as estimate. Minor problem with discoloration on two shingles and new worker replaced them a couple weeks later without a hitch. Sales rep always answered phone when questions arose, though e-mailing was variable. Be sure to request wood platform under dumpster if placed on your drive since this is not a given. Follow up to be sure all parties (project manager, sales rep, work crew) are on the same page with specific plans (e.g., shed work). Another request I would make, for safety, is to not have workers on roof for a good hour + after pitch dark, esp. since they had to come back to finish anyway. Overall very happy.
