If we're comparing "proof," I'm more than ready to share those receipts. What can be edited or deleted are messages on your end, which may explain why you're now claiming that no confirmation existed. My screenshots reflect the full, unaltered conversation, including your lack of follow-through. If you were too busy or didn't want to take the job, a simple, honest message saying so would've been respectful. Instead, there was a no-show, followed by denial, blame-shifting, and zero effort to offer a new date or time -- even when I asked repeatedly. Professional businesses take responsibility instead of rewriting the narrative after the fact. I stand by my review so others understand what type of communication they may encounter. Funny thing is the person who contacted me on behalf of the owners agreed with my review. I was told that the owners are going to be retrained on how they perform their duties. Also instructed in how to have better customer service. I have been reimbursed for my problems but I refuse to take down my review but instead leave an updated review.
