Carpets were supposed to be cleaned but were just sprayed with smelly cleaner spray. They arrived very late and tried to cancel the appointment at the last minute. I do not suggest this business. This particular two bedroom two bath apartment had a lot of oily residue in the kitchen and grime in the bathroom. My quote was for $200-$250. Normally this 900 square-foot apartment cost $200 for a move out cleaning. I was charged $250 for the additional elbow grease to deep clean the dirty areas. She was very responsive and accommodating (after realizing that our home was outside her service area). Unfortunately we couldn't pick up all the items from our home for deep cleaning and deep cleaning requires the home to be completely emptied. Yoselin reached out to me with a price estimate for cleaners to pick up all the loose items and stack those in the garage (no hidden costs).
