Most disturbingly, when the dress wouldn't zip due to the over-shortened straps, Michelle's professional advice was for my wife to go on a 'strict diet' to fit into the dress. We have provided side-by-side photographic proof of the error to the business, but they have refused a full refund. If you are a bride-to-be, please be aware that if a technical mistake is made here, you may be blamed for it and left with a damaged dress and no recourse.
