For 5 min I watched as he fiddled with his watch. Slowly put it on and got on the computer to check his email. All the time I stood there watching him read his emails. He did not speak one word to me... so I took my business to OfficeMax. They were great. I will never go to Sun Copies for anything!

It is now September 29th and I just got accused of leaving today on a set appointment. The store opens irregularly, and doesn't adhere to the posted hours. The owner initially misspelled the sign we wanted, and offered to remake it. When we returned to pick up the corrected signage, the sizing was totally off. We asked for 3x10 and he made a 4x12 sign. Again, we called and asked him to correct it, and he said he would cut it down. From our understanding, cutting it down would alter the design. We told him we didn't want it anymore, and he told us to meet him at the store at 4:30pm and we could get a refund. We arrived on ahead of time, and he was not there. When he finally arrived he refused to issue a refund despite what he said over the phone. We ended up leaving the botched signage there, as it was of no use to us. Furthermore, he charged $50 for the sign, and my Father went and got the sign done at Office Max for $3. The owner has piss poor customer service, and doesn't believe in making sure the customer is satisfied with their product. I will NEVER return to Signarama. The strip mall is dead where it is located, and it's no surprise why this store is always empty. Save your money and go elsewhere. The sign said "Sistah's" which is the incorrect tense and spelling. This was a sentimental adornment for a garden my Mother created to honor her sister who passed away tragically last month. The owner's blasé attitude, and flippant responses to my Mother's request for a refund was uncalled for. I will continue to share her story and I will also be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau.

Just about a month ago we asked them to make us some signs and we gave them a sign to go by, but the sign wasn't the right size or right colors. Then they were also to be installed on our light poles and they would promise a time to come out and never show up and then they never call to tell us why they missed the time. This happened twice and then when they did show up they didn't have the hardware to install "THEIR" signs. So he said they had the hardware at their shop and he would be back today to install the signs and again never showed and I had to call them. So long story short these guys are not the ones you should use for your sign work!

It was beautiful, but they had to do a little tweaks probably redid it three times and the owner is happy! They installed the sign showed me the pictures and it is perfect. My parents proudly lived in this home for 54 years. My dad passed away 2 years ago and at 90 years of age, it is just more than my mom can handle at this stage in her life. The home needs a lot of love and that is exactly what the Silver Team ladies brought with them. I consider myself a very good housekeeper but these lovely ladies just worked circles around anything I would have done had I cleaned the home myself. They cleaned areas I wouldn't have even thought of. I just kept walking room to room shaking my head at how they revived the home back to the showplace it is and made it sparkle on all surfaces in every room. It just looks and smells amazing. My nephew and his family helped me move things out the week before the cleaning and they couldn't believe the difference when they moved in the day after the ladies showed up to do their magic. The most important thing though is how amazing the ladies were to work with. They were very professional at all times yet were so pleasant and personable to work with. Such a joy to meet. I felt gypped because I paid for three workers for 2 hours in the bid I was given and they sent…read moreonly 2 workers but still charged the same amount. One of the things they were to clean was the inside and outside of the exterior doors. The back door looked fine and the front door was cleaned, but the front doorjamb was left with cobwebs and dead bugs. Also they were supposed to clean the outside of the appliances. Before they cleaned there were 2 marks on the microwave door left from suction cups. It wasn't obvious, but it was still there after they had supposedly cleaned, so they must have skipped it. There was a rust stain in the basement around the drain that I pointed out. I asked if they thought they could get it out and the supervisor said she had had trouble with getting rust stains out before. I asked them if they use CLR and they said no. I gave them some and they were able to get the rust stain out with that. This review posted saying I was in San Francisco, but the branch that I used was in Collinsville, Illinois. I don't know how to alter that.

We took the dress to a reputable bridal shop for a second opinion, and they confirmed the straps were shortened far beyond standard measurements for that size. Most disturbingly, when the dress wouldn't zip due to the over-shortened straps, Michelle's professional advice was for my wife to go on a 'strict diet' to fit into the dress. We have provided side-by-side photographic proof of the error to the business, but they have refused a full refund. If you are a bride-to-be, please be aware that if a technical mistake is made here, you may be blamed for it and left with a damaged dress and no recourse. We have filed a formal complaint with the Illinois Attorney General.
