One thing I have always gifted my kids on Christmas is hoodies. It's become a tradition . Now my kids are adults, I wanted to design the hoodies myself. I created what I wanted to be put on the hoodies and went online to make an order with plenty of time before Christmas. 2 days before Christmas, I get an email saying my order was canceled!! So Christmas I had no hoodies ! I looked to find a print place that was open on New years Eve and found icustom. It is 2 hours' drive for me from my place . When I got there and spoke with Mido. I told him I wanted 2 hoodies and what i had in mind ,and he had me email the pictures. He asked me if i could come back for them the following day . I told him I lived 2 hours away, and I wouldn't be able to. He was very understanding and gave me a chair to sit down. He worked on his computer and printed out the designs I emailed him. They were absolutely perfect. He asked for my opinion for sizing and placement, so it was just the way I was hoping it would be . I was so excited ! The color came out so awesome on the black hoodies ! I couldn't wait to give them to my son and daughter. He was able to finish them for me, and I left with two beautiful custom hoodies.. I couldn't be happier . I'm so thankful for Mido's help and thoroughness. Because of Mido, I was able to gift the hoodies before the new year ,I am extremely grateful. I will most certainly be a returning customer . Anyone who is looking to have custom hoodies, shirts,stickers, ext. made this is the go-to place. Thanks again, Mido. Last time I came it was $10 to get a single number printed on a shirt I brought. This time under the new ownership they charged $22 after a "discount" from $25 after I stated It was ridiculous. Insanely overpriced being I brought in my own shirt. Will go somewhere else here on out, didn't realize it was new owners until I wrote a Google review. Good to know! read more

I was extremely pleased with my service here the other night! I made the mistake of first attempting to go to the kiosk in front of Sears (because I didn't see this store yet) and that man was super rude and over priced. After walking in to I customs the owner immediately greeted me and my stepdaughter and was able to give us a quote which was $25 cheaper than the rude guy out in the mall. My stepdaughter wanted custom sweatshirts made for her and her dad for fathers dad with their picture and custom wording. He was extremely patient with her and helped her choose colors and fonts that would be suitable for a 36 year guy. Versus her neon pink and hearts that she had on hers that she initially wanted on dad's too! lol. He got both the sweatshirts done in about 40 minutes and sent me a text when they were finished. I was extremely impressed and will definitely be going back again! I highly recommend checking it out. read more

Dick emailed me back and said, "my designer has been out sick for 3 weeks so I suggest you try another printer". WHAT? Why didn't Dick tell me this when I first contacted him? I told him my time frame and if he couldn't get it done by then he should have told me up front. Luckily I found FedEx on 4th. Street and Greg. I haven't had my fingerprints taken in years and the last time, I think I went to the sheriff's office in Marin County and had to return because my prints weren't clear enough. They offer walk-in LiveScan services and the small storefront on the east side of 4th Street was quiet when I dropped by this afternoon. The two employees were chatting pleasantly and greeted me right away when I entered. Rachel spotted the forms in my hand and guessed correctly that I was there to have my fingerprints taken. Sure enough, like I've experienced before, the first try was unsuccessful. I don't have pronounced ridges on my fingers apparently, but they had a gel that she asked me to rub on my hands and the 30 seconds later we were good to go. Second time was the charm! I'm happy to report that my school covered the costs, so I wasn't privy to the charges, but I was in and out in under 10 minutes. I also checked and found that they offer private mailbox services and can ship via UPS, FedEx and DHL, so the next time that I'm on that side of town, I'll definitely remember them!

I didn't even have time to press her for an answer. She hung up on me. You must not have read my last message to you three weeks ago as I had stated that I didn't care to point the blame at anyone as your employee was rudely defending herself and denying everything. I simply wanted to know what the next steps would be and how to solve this problem but she hung up before I could finish asking that. Then refused to answer when I called back. The last known whereabouts of that package was at your store. You told me in a private message that it was picked up at 2:30 pm but you refused to show me receipts or proof that it was picked up. You failed to answer the questions I had asked in those private messages. You failed to follow up with me to try to de-escalate this problem. But your concern about your associates feelings rather than a customer's satisfaction is very telling. I had every right to be upset. The representative from the FedEx office that I spoke with today even confirmed that you let that package sit there for three weeks. Seems like she knew you've done something like that before. A FedEx 2Day envelope containing vehicle registration tags was dropped off at this location on June 16. It was supposed to arrive on June 18 but wasn't delivered until July 9. During that time, my husband and I drove the vehicle from Las Vegas to Boston with expired registration tags because the tags never arrived. We carried DMV paperwork throughout the trip and worried about being stopped in multiple states. While we were traveling, I called this location to ask why the package had not moved. Instead of looking into it, the employee was dismissive, defensive, rude, and abruptly ended the call. After the envelope was finally delivered, I contacted FedEx directly. The representative investigated the shipment and informed me that the package had never left this office and was not picked up until July 7. She also had to apologize on behalf of this office and that a payment was made for $70 for two-day shipping and received it more than three weeks later. The delay itself was bad enough. Being dismissed when I called seeking help was even worse. Had someone taken a few minutes to investigate instead of acting defensive and more concerned about their associate being questioned and ending the conversation, we would have had answers weeks earlier.

I am an out of town business owner from Sacramento but needed shirts for a charity event I was attending with my employees in Santa Rosa. I had ordered some from a local shop in Sacramento where I live but they failed to deliver on time and we had to travel to Santa Rosa the day they were supposed to be ready. I checked around Santa Rosa by phone before we left town for the event because I figured I would be able to get them locally in Santa Rosa a day or two before the event. I got a multitude of answers to the tune of "sorry man I can't pull that off for you that fast I'm super busy". Price was no issue and I mentioned that to literally every person I talked to. What I asked for wasn't super complicated and I don't really understand why I was refused over and over again. Either way, we got our shirts from iCustom with no hassle and before the deadline and they even cut me a great deal which was roughly 25% less of what I was supposed to pay in Sacramento! I emailed what I needed to the gentleman I talked to on the phone (I presume he was the owner because of how knowledgeable he was and how fast his answers were but he never indicated that to me and didn't have a superiority complex like most of the other guys did). This is my go to place for graphic tees and custom apparel. They have the fastest turn around time and offer a WARRANTY on most of their custom apparel. I have never heard of any custom tshirt store offering to fix and or replace a shirt that has normal wear and tear. I bought a shirt 2 years ago when they first moved into their new location and the owner who i ran into at peets coffee told me to come in to give me a complimentary wax on a sweater that had normal wear on it. needless to say he made my sweater look brand new for free. SUCH AN AMAZING PLACE TO SHOP!!!!! I highly recommend that you give this place a shot if youre ever in need of a last minute gift idea. read more

After a horrible experience with the photobutton kiosk in front of their store trying to get a mug I decided to have a tshirt made instead. I ended up going to icustom even though they looked expensive but ended up paying less than $25 for a tshirt with a picture of mine and lettering that filled up the whole shirt. I have gone back a few times since and the guy working I cant remember his name (the white guy) but was very helpful every time. He not only went above and beyond with my order but he also gave me a discount on buying more than 1 even though I didnt ask for it. If you have an idea for a personalized shirt or sweater, this is your go-to place in Santa Rosa! I don't know any other place nearby where you can walk in with an idea for shirt and have it done in 15 minutes. The process is extremely easy, quick and painless. On more than one occasion, I've brought ideas in and the end products came out fantastic! If you're just getting one shirt, they can usually do it on the spot. But they do mass quantity orders as well. They also do full-color banners, car wraps and stickers. THIS IS MY SPOT!!!! I made the mistake of going to the kiosk in front of their store BIG BIG BIG mistake never go there. One of the owners took care of me after the photobutton guy messed up my shirts for my friends wedding. He gave me a discount because he felt bad for me. he made my shirts in less than an hour and charged me 15 dollars less than that STUPID photobutton kiosk. Hands down 5 stars. I had one of my best friends pass away and so we went here to get sweatshirts made for him. They were extremely helpful and did the sweatshirts exactly how we pictured them. I would definitely recommend this place and will be going back in the future. read more
