She wants to follow up with me in a about a month and really wants to help me stay on track with my health goals. The clinic has a patient portal that she encouraged I utilize where we can message back and forth if I have any questions or concerns. Overall the clinic was very well maintained and in a beautiful area, just driving there was an experience within itself, horse ranches and country life, a nice place to get to as well : )

The orders were supposed to be called into the 24hr Walgreens. That did not happen. I called my insurance company and they verified that there was no prescriptions waiting. I am extremely frustrated and angry. By the time I realized there was no prescriptions waiting at Walgreens their office had already closed for the day. And then I go this morning to find out that they're closed on Thursday as well. I left multiple messages on their answering machines with no call back as of yet. What a waste of time it was to go to this "Urgent care". I will now have to schedule an appointment with our primary Doctor and wait even longer before my son can get the medicines he needs and I now have to pay even more money for a second Doctor visit. We went here because it was after hours for our primary Doctor and we wanted to get relief for my son ASAP but in the end we did nothing but waste our time and increase the time it took to get medicine for my son. Roberson and Ram are wonderful people as well as educated doctors. Their staff is so helpful (when I've had to take the twins in by myself, their staff has helped me to my car). 1of my twins were sick this Christmas Eve and Dr. Roberson put her cooking on hold to open the office just for us. A few days later I had to take the twins in again for a recheck of their throats and Dr. Ram saw them. A few days later he called me to see how the twins were doing. Not sure where you can find this level of service anymore. I'm originally from NJ and I can tell you our pediatrician's office there NEVER called to check on my twins. Both Drs. Roberson and Ram take their time with you to answer ALL of your questions and explain everything to you in terms you can understand. Their bedside manner and sincere care for their patients shines through every time I bring my twins in to see them. I can't thank them enough for their time and dedication to the practice of pediatrics. We're just lucky to have found them.

I was so impressed with his bedside manner. She's only 19 so he told her not to be scared and explained exactly what the GI would do. I could go on and on about how awesome he is. His staff is efficient and kind and helpful. We got an appointment the day I called. Honestly what an amazing doctor!!! I totally trust him not only for myself - but my teen!
