They are always friendly and helpful. I've never yet asked a question and had the person say, "just a minute, I'll find out." They have always had the right answer. In addition, they are courteous and welcoming. The chain pharmacy took 8 days to transfer my active drug profile! The pharmacists kept calling to get them to send all my drugs. I refill my prescriptions all at once. Grrr Hy-Vee pharmacy. The first time I filled a new prescription. It was $8. I did not have enough money to cover the charge. They went to the pharmacist who paid for my Rx from a COVID-19 find they set up. No chain pharmacy would have done that.

Anotjer 10-15 minutes went by and nothing and I finally said screw it and left with no resolution to my problem at all. Anyone who has been in a Walmart knows what to expect as they are pretty similar across America. This one, being in a small town, isn't as packed as others I have seen in larger cities. It's a more casual atmosphere that is relaxing to shop in. Due to it's location off the highway, there isn't much additional shopping nearby but there are a couple good options for dining. I especially recommend "4 Brothers."

The pharmacist should have caught this if they were monitoring the prescriptions they fill. They should have contacted the doctor and checked to see if this was the doctors intention. So I wouldn't count on Walgreens pharmacists to protect you from conflicting drug issues if I were you.
