Yep.  "Here, you are going to need to wear a mask." So she reaches into her right smock pocket and digs around for a good 3-4 seconds like she was wading through pens, paper clips, notes, maybe a snickers bar or two, God only knows what was in there, and then finally pulls out this ratty looking mask.  So I look at her with an expression that could have only been interpreted as "are you freaking serious right now?" She stares at me like "are you gonna put this on or not?" I ask her "so is that the mask you give to every patient who has showed up today - or maybe even in the last few days - to wear? That ONE mask?" "Yes sir." "They all wear that ONE mask?" I asked again just to make sure. "Yes sir." I told her she was out of her ever loving mind and left. The doctor was kind enough to tell us where else to go and on top that, they didn't charge out stay there for being check. Overall, they are all nice, from the receptionist to checking out.

She is in the process of getting diagnosed and was treated with extreme disrespect and her concerns were not taken seriously. I would never recommend this place due to the lack of professionalism from medical professionals. I understand that the diagnosis process takes time, but to be body shamed by your doctor and nearly prescribed a medication that could make your symptoms worse is extremely disgusting.

When you are sick or having continuing health issues, they address you and your illness with great competence and knowledge and care. There is nothing more relieving than knowing you are in safe hands when you are sick, they make sure you are informed and taken care of. I recommend them 100%. They each do everything to help you when you're at your worst. Dr. Stussy, Tiffany, Casey, Mr.Mueller and all of those throughout the office...from those who do x-rays, take blood, check you in, or even call to make sure you're ok...EACH of them are professional, helpful, kind and competent...and they share their knowledge in a way that you can understand. They are just a great group of people, and I'm grateful for their genuine care.

I went up there to get paperwork and try to make an appointment. Well, I went in they said you have to be approved by the doctor first? I asked " How do I do that?"She said you have to fill out this paper and he will approve or deny you? I said "By a piece of paper?" I filled it all out and took back next day. I was trying to get an appointment to get my hand looked at. It has hurt since we moved. Well, I just got the call. I was denied. I asked Why? She said "I Don't Know, I guess he is not accepting new patients." they did not give me a truthful answer. They have several doctors and I did not even specify which doctor. The questions on the paper has my information and medical history. I feel completely let down and have never heard of only taking some people and not others? That is profiling people, I believe.It also makes me feel like something is wrong with me. I am very disappointed.
