So we were delighted that we got on the schedule of Everlasting Construction and that they were very professional. We got on their list four months before concrete could be laid in our area and we were not first on their list. Several others were before us. However, when concrete could be poured in our area they set a date and they came when they said they would come. This to me is the sign of a very good contractor! From the initial layout through the final concrete pour they showed professionalism and willingness to make sure we got the patio we wanted. Someone told us that most people never pour as much concrete as they find they need, learning this need for extra concrete space after the work is done. So we made sure our patio and a separate shed pad were a good size. Even then we needed to have more concrete added to our shed pad and they fit us in before the sod was laid. As to the quality...other contractors we used for the landscaping told us just how great a job they did during the layout and pour. When the concrete had thirty days cure on it I again sought their help in what concrete sealer to use and where to buy it. Weston was very helpful and pleased I wanted to seal his great work. Definitely if you need concrete work done I would use Everlasting Construction. Their work is superb, they follow their scheduling promised, and their pricing is comparable to other contractors in our area.

When other landscapers came after the pouring of these patios, one landscaper came to build a pergola on the larger patio, one to build a shed on the smaller patio, and one to lay all the sod, trees, etc. - they all stated these two patios were some of the best they'd seen. Smooth, properly tilted, easy to deal with (and to build upon) - was a unanimous opinion. Well, admittedly, to us it was just a concrete patio(s), and though we were definitely pleased, we asked for more thoughts - why the exuberance? The answer was: "You don't see concrete patios laid this nicely. Some of them are totally wacko and hard to deal with." So, definitely five stars. Not only did we like the work, other outdoor builders and the landscaper (lawn) praised the work as well.

Our landlord hired Affordable Road and Drive to redo the parking lot summer of 2022. In the process, one of their big pieces of equipment hit and broke our business sign. We get that accidents happen. We called Affordable Road and Drive. Over the phone, he admitted his guy hit our sign and said he would reimburse us for the repair cost. Trying to minimize their expense in the repair cost we used our own days off to take down and reinstall the sign. We only wanted to be reimbursed the $1157.50 bill from the sign shop. It is now July 2023. We have called, emailed, texted, certified mailed and still have not received any portion of reimbursement.
