Life Changing. This review is somewhat overdue as I have been busy, well, living my life again…read more It is amazing to simply be able to sleep again. Dr. Joseph Lynch performed an anatomical replacement of my left shoulder on 12 December 2024. I had a somewhat unusual and complex case to solve. My shoulder was an arthritic disaster after a childhood injury and terrible car wreck in 2013. I had resigned myself to a reverse replacement of the joint which would not be open to any further revisions if they ever became necessary. Dr. Lynch educated me on newer technology for stemless shoulder replacement and flawlessly inserted a less invasive anatomical joint into my shoulder, that currently works perfectly. I am now seventeen months post-PT, my strength has returned to normal, I am working out again and my range of motion is over 95%. Dr. Lynch provided thoughtful, kind and compassionate care that I have not experienced before. He made me feel like family and answered all my questions and concerns. I travelled across the country to see him for my surgery and I am so glad I did. Dr. Lynch is simply the best shoulder surgeon in the U.S., if not the best shoulder surgeon in the world. I hope to never need surgery again, but if I do, Dr. Joseph Lynch is the only surgeon I will see, and I highly recommend him for any type of shoulder repair you might need!
