The man I spoke with very rudely told me they don't do repairs if they didn't sell the appliance to the customer (the machine came with the house, we have no idea where it came from). He didn't bother to ask me what the problem was or suggest that we might need a replacement which could have helped him make a sale. We made some inquiries and brought in a plumber who determined the machine indeed needs to be replaced. Which we will do right away -- from a competitor down in Lewiston.
