I have had Kevin order two weapons for me with absolutely no problem. Someday I'll have him build a long gun. Jones Arms is almost literally a hole in the wall (at the moment). While I do not own one of their custom built billet ARs, I can speak to their customer service. The folks at this shop are friendly and eager to help. Kevin on more than one occasion has offered to help me with a specific part of a build (I had a bolt catch pin split on me) even though I could not afford their own branded receivers. Additionally, for having such a small space they are as well stocked as could be expected and they have good prices on parts / accessories. I find Magpul, Holosun, Phase 5 and so on to be right at, or a little lower than, online prices in many / most cases. Their gun prices are at least "competitive", and most often not worth the drive to Federal Way Discount for better. (Plus, most of the guys there are assholes and have wait times like Disneyland in July.) Finally, Jones Arms have the least expensive FFL transfers in town. There is ZERO reason to use anyone else. This is a just paper pushing service and therefore purely competitive. Why not chose a business with friendly people and low prices rather than other options nearby (VERY nearby) who have an abundance of neither? So PCC (Pistol Caliber Carbine) has taken off, and is quickly becoming the fastest growing division USPSA has ever had. All of us PCC shooters are on the lookout for the ultimate in a Reliable AR9 (9mm AR15 type platform). After watching other shooters with the Jones Arms Kronos for 4+ months at Matches; and then finally hearing about one run brand new 400+ rounds at Triggrcon range day with no malfunctions, it became evident that I needed one. So fast forward to this last Sunday, we put 300+ rounds through my brand new/unfired 9mm kronos, and it ran 100% malfunction free. The attention to detail and functionality that Jones Arms has put into this little gun is amazing. I cannot recommend Jones Arms and the Kronos enough. Great customer service , they even had all the small detents and springs for the AR nobody carries . I'm sure when most people see a five star review they think its some paid review or some nonsense like that. This isn't the case. I ordered a Glock 19 from Kevin and was able to get it for $100 cheaper than any local shop, some were over $700 for a Glock 19 Gen 3. I recently got a new sling attachment put on my rifle which was quick and easy, I dropped it off around 11am and had it back before they closed. I'm going to have them put in a new gas block and rail system on and will end up being cheaper than anywhere else I could get it done. They just have great customer service and a great product while being more affordable and speedy than anywhere else around. Can't go wrong buying from Jones Arms. read more
