One of the benefits are Monthly Bill Pay. You can schedule a payment date on your bills. On May 2nd I put in a request for our credit card payment that was due May 16th. It was to be paid May 12th. It was paid late on May 19th. After a few hours spent trying to rectify I was told a third party handles that - no one at the branch cares or would help. No one told us when we signed up a 3rd party handles this. On March 17th I paid another credit card bill. The money was taken out of my account but the company I paid through bill pay said they couldn't deposit as the check from the 3rd party wasn't readable yet it was taken from my account. On both of these I have to dispute , show proof by getting copies of the ACH, in order to reverse the $81 late charges,. Even worse is the time it is taking to gather information after being put on hold so many times as no one seems to really care at the branch. I asked to speak to a manager and was told it would take up to 72 hours to get a return call. I can only imagine they are so busy if they are operating through 3rd parties and have no control of their business.

I often use my car's ownership certificate, a 2001 Nissan Maxima, to get a loan. I can modify the loan 3 times if I underestimated my needs on the first visit. They make it so easy because their Staff are wizards at completing the transactions and are very friendly in explaining the options and what I am signing. This next thing is a biggie for me, NO they don't need to keep your car when you make a loan like other money stores. As you are aware, interest can be a killer no matter who you chose, so it is encouraged that you pay off the loan quickly- which I usually do within a couple of weeks. I have a checking account at Chase Bank and have been for a long time. They laugh when I ask them for a loan. Go see the girls there or just call and they can explain all the options you have @ 208 887-6669. I can't always make it to the Store, but no worries because you can make payments and even apply for some loan types online. I keep my profile up to date in case I need to get er' done quickly. Let me break it down -- - Their office is clean and modern, like one would expect these days. It's also right in the center of things in the Treasure Valley with great parking. - They are super-responsive by phone and text. Answered every question I posed within the hour(!) - Eric walked me through collision vs. comprehensive coverage and everything else I needed to know to make informed decisions. - This may not be the case for everyone, but the rates I got for home and two cars beat every other place I checked. And we used to be insured with USAA, which I thought gave special rates for military families. I'm saving $1800+ annually. I haven't filed a claim yet - knock on wood I won't ever have to - but I'm certain that Eric and his team will take good care of me then, too.
