She would be slow to respond and there was absolutely no sense of urgency on her part. I first reached out to her in February and by April there was still not so much as a single chair ordered. They notified me that were leaving for vacation the following week so it would be another 2 weeks before they would be able to work on the project. At that point in time, I knew I had to get another designer who would have a sense of urgency and order some of the basic necessities. I told Amy Crockett that the design and décor could come later but I needed chairs and a desk ASAP. She failed to even do that in 6 weeks. Very slow, disorganized, and dishonest service. I asked this company to do floors for my parents as an anniversary gift. Tim came out in November…read more2017 and did measurements and said he would get back to me with estimates. After numerous calls and "I'm working on it right now, I'll send it once I get back to the office, I have it, its ready" to Tim's own employees saying "he didn't sent it yet?" Its now May 2018 and I feel I have been more then patient enough. I went with Home Depot who were more then happy to be timely, honest and appreciative of my business. Home depot also installs for you and offers a warranty. Do not go with this business. Awful customer service. Greedy, for unless its a million dollar job they cannot be bothered and even then, will not come through. They do not support nor want the support of the Flagstaff community.
