Actually, the initial visit didn't get the issue fixed, but they were very good about getting back out and making it right - and not at my expense. That's just life, not everything works the first time. What makes great customer services is how you deal with issues like this, and they were wonderful. I should have done a review then, but didn't. Today JR was back out to look at our furnace that wouldn't start. Found the issue quickly, fixed it and refused to let me pay for the visit. They certainly will always get any of my business, and I will highly recommend them to our neighbors, family and friends. Quality work from quality people!

After they go the unit running it was obvious that they had installed a unit that was too small for the sq footage of the home. It runs continuously all day and cannot cool the house. They stated that the unit was fine and they refused to replace it. We will be taking legal action in the near future to resolve this. Stay away from this company at all costs!!!!

He also told me that these thermostats function without the batteries even though my experience tells me that they need batteries to work. Lastly, he advised that my built in humidifier was wired wrong and he should add extra parts such as wiring and transformers to correct it. That humidifier has been working great for me for at least 10 years. I'm giving them 3 stars because they came out quickly and did give me a good furnace cleaning. Again, I just don't know.
