We hired Lightyear Studios to do our engagement and wedding photo/videography, and it was one of the best decisions we made throughout this whole process. We couldn't be happier with the job him and his team did for us. They were incredibly professional and ensured we got all the shots we wanted and then some. They made the whole process so much more fun and worked with us every step of the way. They took a lot of the stress of that weekend away from us and made sure that we were well taken care of. Indian weddings tend to be pretty crazy between the various functions, timings and people. Lightyear made sure that we did our best to stay on track to ensure we got the key parts captured. They allowed us to stay in the moment while making sure they were shot perfectly. We absolutely loved working with them as they made the day as stress free as possible and made sure the focus was on us. As anyone who has done a photoshoot before (or not), it can be very awkward, but Nathan and Thanh did a great job keeping us engaged and laughing the whole time. Our family and friends have been so complimentary of everything they did and how easy they were to work with. We would recommend Nathan,Thanh and Lightyear to anyone who wants to ensure that they get the best photos/videos for any special events in their lives. We realized early in the process that all the planning you do is mainly for that day and it's one and done. The only things that come with you after is the photo and videos of that time, so it's imperative you get a group that will do everything they can to make sure it was all worth it. They are easily the best in the business and our wedding would not have been anything close to what it was, without them. You would be doing yourself a major disservice by going with anyone else. I…read morewas a bit of a scatterbrain with wedding planning, I planned an entire wedding in about 3.5 months and Focal Brite was SUCH a help. Even got to squeeze in an engagement session which I highly recommend, it was helpful to meet them prior and get to know them before my wedding day. They worked within my budget and went above and beyond to help me make my day run smoothly, down to creating my timeline for me. They are professional, they are responsive, they are amazing at what they do. They are very open to customizing any package that you see fit to accommodate what you want captured for your day, video & photo included. I opted with 2 photographers and 1 videographer and feel that was perfect for me. They are detail oriented - down to the groomsman taking their phones out of their pockets!! They asked me for each individual family members names that I wanted to make priority day of. They made sure to capture all my necessary "must have" pics : The little things that I missed the day of my wedding!! The quality of their pictures is top notch. Their turn around time amazed me, I received a sneak peek photo the day after for me to post, then received a few more 1 week following with the remainder of my album (about 850 pics) in less than a month, fully edited. I booked photo & video together and I highly recommend using them for both. I have watched my video about a million times and truly am in love with how they captured my day, they even included drone footage. My video turnaround time was about 4 weeks, including a 1 minute trailer, 7 minute trailer, then all raw footage on a hard drive. I am so happy I found them and couldn't be happier with their work. I have recommended Tom & Lauren to MULTIPLE people, family included, with no doubt that they will do a spectacular job capturing one of the most important days of their lives.
