We not only cannot recommend JPG, we would strongly caution against using them. In spite of planning together with the photographer and being clear about our intentions not to photograph the prep, we had to wait for them to set up after we were long ready. The 14 weeks from event to actual pictures were astonishing. Even more so after getting them and seeing just how little thought and effort went into their editing and "organization". Also - be prepared to be referred to your contract repeatedly. They will hold it up anytime you ask for something.

In the end, we were thrilled with the quality and variety of pictures. The photo journalistic style captured the true essence of the day and there were a lot of really fun shots. I opted with 2 photographers and 1 videographer and feel that was perfect for me. They are detail oriented - down to the groomsman taking their phones out of their pockets!! They asked me for each individual family members names that I wanted to make priority day of. They made sure to capture all my necessary "must have" pics : The little things that I missed the day of my wedding!! The quality of their pictures is top notch. Their turn around time amazed me, I received a sneak peek photo the day after for me to post, then received a few more 1 week following with the remainder of my album (about 850 pics) in less than a month, fully edited. I booked photo & video together and I highly recommend using them for both. I have watched my video about a million times and truly am in love with how they captured my day, they even included drone footage. Instead our only choice was to purchase a $39 DVD of the recording by "Get Shot by Brian". Not a Blu-Ray, but a standard-definition DVD. We thought this was ridiculously overpriced, even for a professional shoot, but we really wanted the video so we paid up. And I could not possibly be less satisfied. The resolution was terrible, the video kept going in and out of focus, and the camera kept shifting around and zooming in and out. Even when it was focused, we could barely recognize the kids' faces because the light exposure was way too high. I'm not just talking about my own kids' segment, either; this was the case for every single routine on this entire DVD. I don't know or care if this was due to a fidgety videographer or a faulty camera. The end result is the same; this was NOT a professional quality video and I personally could've done better on my outdated iPhone. They should've been too ashamed to publish this.
