Great service, great staff. Long story short, I was recommended Ideal Image, bought my laser package had 1 session then 2020 Happened had to relocate to NJ, and came back to FL 2023. Went to my Wellington, FL location and explained to Kian, the short story-long lol she immediately emailed her manager which I assume turn around time was going to take weeks however they both went above and beyond with same day response, restored some of my sessions and scheduled service for next day. I went there for information about laser hair removal and ended up with a bill of $3500, and that is after the discount of 50% off. I paid for 9 treatments, my bikini area and underarms, but I could only do 5 because it was very painful. when I spoke to (manager) not to mention names, she told me that I only paid for 5 and 4 were free; I couldn't believe it when she said that. what a waste of money and time!. I have to shave every time because all the hair is back and worse than before the treatment.. stay away from ideal image!! read more

Very disappointed with the overall customer service in the Wellington location. The office manager, Tina is very unprofessional. I went in for botox, they gave me fright brow that lasted 3 months. Went back again to see someone else & they bruised my entire right eye. Looked like I got punched in the face. When I addressed it with them they said I signed a contract & basically isn't their problem & there is nothing they are willing to do. After spending thousands of dollars there they treat you as it you are not important. They don't offer an apology or any type of compensation for their mistakes. Completely disenchanted with the lack of professionalism & respect for their loyal customers. In fact, after sending photo's of my sever bruising the office manager, Tina didn't even have the audacity to call me back personally. Not quite the cheapest option for laser but I do love that they offer their life time guarantee. It did feel a little pushy when I first went in for my consultation & met with Susan. It was more of a run down of the cost vs a consultation...I had bad buyers remorse for a good bit after my first visit but once those contract are signed, they're signed ‍ They do use top of the line lasers here, so I am totally happy with my results thus far (just had my 4th session). I do body waxing for a living so I've seen a lot of clients that have had laser done to know where you go and the type of laser used does make a huge difference in the long term results so all in all, now that the buyers remorse has settled, I am happy that I chose to go with Ideal Image. I have previously had laser surgery (About 8 years ago) and the place I used in the past has since moved away and closed down at that location. I only needed a touch up, and they only offer a package deal that is extremely pricey, and then their "Guarantee" you still have a fee if your hair grows back and that fee is still the cost of a "Touch up" at other places. read more

Anyone considering these services, i encourage you to seek other places. My experience here was completely taken advantage of. They made me sign contracts before even doing a full evaluation on me, when it came time to do the laser, they just did a little area, and said they couldn't do go further because of a skin issue i had, (after i had already signed the contracts). When I decided to cancel everything, (because they said they couldn't continue the laser), they still billed me a HUGE amount that I have to pay for now, which is as much as I would pay somewhere else to have my full body lasered. Not the cheapest....but definitely the best! I had my underarms done here and by the time they were done a few hairs remained and they gave me comp sessions to be sure it was all gone. My underarms are smoother than a babies butt! It's painful but tolerable and only hurts for a moment, kind of like a rubber band snap. Originally, I thought I could only get one or two areas of hair removed, but with Susan's help, I was able to include all the various parts of my body that I wished could be permanently hairless.
