Unfortunately, my appointments have been canceled multiple times due to issues on the clinic's end. The first cancellation was because my technician was sick. Another appointment was canceled because of a "tech emergency." Most recently, my appointment was canceled because the clinic is temporarily closed due to A/C repairs with no reopening date. While I understand that emergencies happen, this has become a pattern. What's most frustrating is the lack of communication and customer service. I've repeatedly tried calling to reschedule and have been unable to reach anyone. As a prepaid customer, I shouldn't have to chase down a business just to receive services I've already paid for. Laser hair removal requires treatments on a consistent schedule for the best results, and these repeated cancellations and inability to get in touch have unnecessarily interrupted my treatment plan. I hope the company gets things sorted out, but based on my experience, I cannot recommend paying for a package unless they improve their reliability and communication.

My surgery went well overall and I'm pleased with my recovery. The Bad: There was some miscommunication issues regarding my medical records, but that was resolved very quickly, once I reached out to Beatrice. The Ugly: Anesthesia. My interaction with Krystal, unfortunately, was a negative one because she didn't feel necessary to explain to me which meds I would be receiving. My post-op pain management could have been better. And lastly, I found Krystal's endearing names cringe worthy and condensing. Post-op follow up: As an out of town patient, I was given a 3 months-out for an appointment call with Dr. Dev. I found the length of time unreasonably long. No inquire calls were made about my health prior to the 3 month's mark. I think the issue that sticks out most, for me, is the follow up care for an out of town patient. Hopefully, this was just an oversight in my case, otherwise, in my opinion, this is an area where Dr. Dev's office could invest a bit more effort.

When…read moreI showed up for my scheduled appointment, I was told I was not on the schedule because I did not call them back to confirm. I understand no-shows cost a business money, but they have a written policy with cancellation fees and pre-payment requirements if you do not show up for your appointments. I was a new client and was on time for my first appointment. I had a second appointment, and I kept it. It is not very professional or acceptable to cancel an appointment on a client and not even let them know.
