Unfortunately, my appointments have been canceled multiple times due to issues on the clinic's end. The first cancellation was because my technician was sick. Another appointment was canceled because of a "tech emergency." Most recently, my appointment was canceled because the clinic is temporarily closed due to A/C repairs with no reopening date. While I understand that emergencies happen, this has become a pattern. What's most frustrating is the lack of communication and customer service. I've repeatedly tried calling to reschedule and have been unable to reach anyone. As a prepaid customer, I shouldn't have to chase down a business just to receive services I've already paid for. Laser hair removal requires treatments on a consistent schedule for the best results, and these repeated cancellations and inability to get in touch have unnecessarily interrupted my treatment plan.
