I installed a second hand home theater myself as an upgrade to my 40-year old analogue amplifier. I was quite proud of myself because I managed to get everything working except the network functions. That was frustrating because streaming radio was the primary reason for buying this particular model. The manufacturer's support consisted of reading the manual to me, something I can do for myself, being literate. Giving up on the manufacturer, I found EasyOn through Yelp so I sent a message stating my problem. James answered in a couple of hours with a few questions, explaining that his consultations are free. by e-mail exchanges, he determined that the previous owner used a replacement remote that was missing the network functions I needed. Then he recommended a Logitech remote that would not only permit me to listen to streaming radio but would work with the TV and cable box. All for less than a new original remote. I was able to set up my streaming radio by myself and get where I wanted to be. James' business model may not bring in a lot of business from people like myself who have small problems. However, over the long term, I will definitely recommend EasyOn to anyone installing a home theater from scratch

I got them to do 5 windows and headlights, and 3/4 Hood film, after i went to pick up my car and notice that there was a dent in my fender that wasn't there before (As i just bought that car) Ray the Co-Owner of AA tried to play dumb and said "Oh That was there before line.) So we agreed he'd fix but he still charged me for it.. as i was picking up my car the 2nd time i notice that they scratched my hood just above where they had did the film, as i got back into my car i had seen my car temp was a full running temp as it should not be from only driving it around from back of the shop. I got out to ask Ray about it and again made some BS excuse for it as he was backing up from me looking scared. Finally i got home and did a go around check the over all state of my car and notice that the passenger side had scratches on the rear door and damage just under my gas lid door on the dog leg of the quarter panel. Figure Ray took my car Joy riding and drove the living shit out of it, MB looked of the car and checked the last time the car was driven and said the car had hit the rev limiter many times in the time from when Ray had my car. I called and was ghosted/Blocked all my calls back to him..Too bad i didn't know the other co-owner of this, bet he'd like to know too. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR THERE !!!! bunch of lying pricks. Was very impress from the first day with our rep explaining the different options. Installation took about 2 hours, but no complaints, as it was all done carefully with no damage to my house. The equipment is a bit more expensive than some companies, but the service makes up for it. I have called or e-mailed questions or concerns and they were answered promptly. And the monitoring is all local so that puts my mind at ease. I'm monitored for flooding, carbon monoxide and fire as well. Very happy to be a Telsco customer
