Process used in cleaning the carpet and upholstery did not involve an extractor. A liquid cleaning…read moresolution was applied with a garden type sprayer then they used a "floor buffing" type upright machine with a dry pad to finish the process. Claimed the dry pad would extract the dirt and cleaning solution. Took a couple of days for the carpet and upholstery to dry. The process left the carpet and upholstery no cleaner looking. Afterwards we did our carpet with a Bissel Pro-pet home carpet cleaner to get our carpet and rugs clean.
