The office space is lovely and clean and tidy so a good first impression when you walk in. It's rare to find a mobile phone repair shop that you can trust not to rip you off these days. Adrian the repair engineer was not only polite, cheerful and helpful, but really knew his stuff too. Lovely guy. He went that extra mile for me and now I definitely won't need to go anywhere else for phone repairs and will be recommending Angel to friends & family. Due to the nature of the problem we thought my phone probably needed a couple of parts replacing, but when Adrian took it apart he saw it only needed a good clean up which cost a lot less. I wouldn't have known any different if he hadn't been so honest - some people would have taken advantage. Thank you so much! My phone looks like new & is working perfectly. When me and my friend were talking, needing a drink, needing the toilet (which as a person with prostate issues is common) he argued with us and blamed us for everything, all while Barry and his existing staff were talking and able to do what they wanted. A customer once came in with a laptop and all the replacement parts and all he needed Barry to do was swap them over but Barry made up some absolute BS excuse as to why he needs to use HIS parts (which were wrong) and argued with the customer saying he was stupid and wrong, ended up asking the customer £250 for a quick repair, a repair that already included all the replacement parts etc My brother went in with a cheap phone to get it fixed, Barry asked for £90, way more than the phone is worth and argued with him etc. Barry treats his new staff like absolute dirt, he talks down onto his customers, uses terrible quality parts, makes lies after lies, over charges etc. etc. etc. - He is absolutely the worst repair guy I have EVER known of, absolutely avoid at ALL COSTS.
