The first fellow who started my assessment and all that stuff was super friendly very welcoming. John, was my physical therapist after that was equally as funny and welcoming which I was surprised to find possible as the first guys was so great! From what I saw it seem like all the physical therapist at three Rivers were super friendly and had good relationships with their clients. Unfortunately, my insurance only covered six sessions, which equaled to about three weeks. At three Rivers they like to see you about twice a week or more depending on what's going on in order to get the best results. I can definitely say with confidence that my traps felt much better after the three weeks. Now I also have lots of exercises I can do to help them when they're feeling tight. I would definitely recommend this place and hopefully I don't have to come back for pain and I can just do my exercises like s good patient ha ha

Weeks later they have received ZERO support. Basin received incomplete discharge paperwork and instead of reaching out to the patient or the facility that they received the paperwork from, they did nothing...delaying critical care and necessary support, creating suboptimal outcomes that have yet to be resolved. When the PCP attempted to address the patient's needs, Basin was rude and unhelpful with them as well. It's unfortunate that people's health and wellbeing are dependent on this facility and their poor customer service. If you have the option, I'd recommend looking elsewhere for your or your loved one's needs.

Here is what I love the most: first and foremost she knows what she's doing. I have a lot of pain and she knows how to treat it. I can describe all my ailments but when I'm under her care she figures out things I didn't realize. You know how you can just tell when someone knows what they're doing- they have confidence and ability and know more than what you thought you did about your own body..? That's her. Then little things I love like- she checks in to see if the pressure is good. She does this more than once which I appreciate so much bc preference can change. And if you want to talk- she'll engage. If you don't, the silence is easy and comfortable. She's thorough and kind and a lovely energy. I often stay with who I know but once Shera was busy when I was in pain, and another young women saw me immediately. She was wonderful too, so you cannot go wrong here. He gave me the advice I was looking for that I could not get from my doctor, and helped me discover new ways to slow down the atrophy that slings create. I went in for herniated discs in my lumbar spine. She had me almost pain free after just 3 sessions (over almost 2 weeks). After 6 weeks I was back to doing squats, lunges, etc. Still have to be careful and watch what I'm doing but I feel like she gave me the knowledge of what to be aware of and what exercises to go back to if I was starting to feel anything again. My only complaint would be having to wear masks. I get it, it's a medical place and in the end it's their place so their decision. But, while working out, masks get awful real quick.
