Slimgenics is based on a healthy eating lifestyle, not just a fad diet to lose weight. And it was easy. I lost 2-3 pounds per week, ate my own food, and was never hungry. How can you top that!? 6 months later, I still feel the program is fantastic and have kept off the weight I lost. But despite many requests, I cannot get the Lafayette center to stop calling me. Today I was interrupted again in the middle of something I was doing to be told they were glad I visited last week. I know they are trying to be supportive but it is quite annoying especially when I have repeatedly requested they stop the calls.

I said "I had an appt at 11:30." She said "No, you didn't." and tried shutting the door! I said "Excuse me, yes I did" she said "Its next weds." I said "I want a refund! This is BS!" She said "you didn't pay us anything, I'm on the phone" and shut the door! I later text the screenshot confirming my appointment for the 17th... I don't know how this lady is in business with this unprofessionalism, much less a face like that!

I recently received a notification from the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) that they are investigating adverse effects related to Botulax at this facility. After writing this review, I went back through my chart notes and noticed something I hadn't caught at the time. My first visit on 5/18, I came in wanting to stop my forehead from scrunching, and they gave me 12 units in my glabella. When that didn't address what I'd asked about, I returned on 6/3 and paid separately for 10 units in my forehead, which did work. I've only ever asked for forehead Botox before and wasn't familiar with the term glabella, so I didn't realize these were two different areas being treated. I raised this with the practice, and their records reflect the 6/3 visit as an added area rather than a correction, so we see it differently. I'd encourage anyone going in to confirm specifically which muscle is being treated and what it will and won't address. I assumed I was being treated for the concern I asked about, and that assumption cost me a second visit. The masseter Botox I received was fine, but paying twice to get the one thing I originally asked for is hard to look past. The staff themselves were good but my issue is with how the treatment and this follow up was handled.
