Today I was interrupted again in the middle of something I was doing to be told they were glad I visited last week. I signed up immediately for a free seminar..in fact, I went to two seminars before signing up just to make sure I understood all aspects of the program so that I knew what was required of me to be successful. Dr. Melissa couldn't have been more kind and reassuring that if I followed the program, not only would the weight come off, but my pre-diabetic blood sugar levels and ever-increasing cholesterol numbers would come down. Steadily, that's exactly what happened. Now that I've completed maintenance, I can say that my weight has stayed down to a 5-pound range from my lowest point and my blood sugar and cholesterol numbers remain low.
