By chance I found Buffalo Alarm on the internet and gave them a call. I really was expecting to be told that I would have to sign up for a year contract for monitoring, which is what happened awhile ago with a another alarm co. When a called Buffalo Alarm and cheerful young lady answered and immediately transferred me to Jim, service manager. He set up an appt. and advised the service fee. Very reasonable. The tech arrived at the appointed time. He replaced the battery quickly and checked all the other batteries. He didn't try to upsell and I'm grateful for that. If I ever want to upgrade our system, Buffalo Alarm is the only company I would use.

Everything was buttoned up and good to go. But the thing I found most interesting... approximately 8 hours after your team left, I downloaded a recording from the system and handed a thumb drive over to a Lancaster Police Officer, because two people stole a sign off my property. Both were quickly identified by the police with the help of the video evidence and appropriate action was taken. My sign was recovered and returned that night! How ironic that within hours of the install... the system was used to recover stolen property and is being utilized as evidence by the police? Gotta love it! Joseph M
