To get an appointment may take a couple of weeks so start your location and appointment search early. The locations in the greater New Orleans area are EXTREMELY difficult to schedule. There are three but it seems that the 1881 Rousseau location may be the only one operating. as of August 2nd, the wait was a full two weeks. Also, if you don't have a code from the organization requesting your background check, you must choose the FBI option to receive a personal background check. read more

Got my TSA pre check done here in the evening (I think 6 is when they open). It was a little sketchy coming here at night but nothing happened to me. There were other people there for various reasons, so you probably won't be alone. The man working there has a lot of certifications on the wall and is very well established and has worked in various security jobs, so he may come off as rude, but really just authoritative (very authoritative). The process was smooth. You go inside through the doors and walk down and turn right, take a seat, and wait your turn until he calls you in. If you're coming here for TSA pre check, come prepared, he'll walk you through fingerprinting, paying, taking pictures, answering questions, etc. Parking: there's parking in the front and back and they had some people at the ATM for the bank there. read more

I had an appointment here and I was able to get in and out with ease. They are the only center near I found with late hours (10pm) and weekend appointments which fit my schedule that does tsa pre check. The lady checking us in was nice and polite. I answered my questions, paid my dues, and heard back from TSA the next day. read more

Go to any Identogo facility but this one. They do not understand protocol or appointments. I would honestly give this zero stars, but unfortunately I have to give one to write this review. If you need to use their services go to the one on Tchoup or in Kenner. read more
