IEE is the best. Honestly, I don't know what I would do without their services. The thought of having my foreign degree evaluated has been giving me headaches for months, to the point that I was getting ready to send it to the country where I graduated or, considering the fear of losing the documents at some point of their international round-trip, I was thinking of making that trip myself. Not to mention additional waiting period on the paperwork at the country of my graduation. Luckily, admissions director at my prospective university referred me to IEE. I was provided with the highest-quality service, I got instant responses to all of my inquiries, whether by phone or by e-mail. I just had to fill out the application and send IEE documents, information on all the steps was made extremely clear. I had received an e-mail notification when my documents reached the office, and right after two weeks(the time for evaluation that I signed on) I got a notification that my documents were shipped - that was yesterday. And today I got all my documents(that was a priority mail service, not even one-day shipping:))! I am super excited to have my degree officially evaluated. Everything on my evaluation report(I ordered course-by-course evaluation) is done beautifully and to the highest standard. I am a director for a Private School in Georgia. One of my veteran teachers from Nigeria needed to have her docs evaluated in order to work as a lead teacher here in GA. IEE really made the process easy and was patient with her every step of the way. Once I called (was able to speak to a human right away) and explained what was needed. They told me exactly what she needed to submit and it was all done electronically. Sharon was an absolute angel. She answered ALL (and I had several) of our questions by responding either the same day or the very next morning. I had contacted like 3 other agencies before IEE and between the bad customer service and the long drawn-out unexplained steps/process, I had almost given up. IEE was the oasis in my desert of hopelessness. Once she filled out the application and upload her documents she was done. You can choose to have your evaluation mailed and/or emailed. Both cost, but it's well worth it. The evaluation process which I was expecting to be at least a month, was less than 2 weeks! This was excellent as we were working against a deadline. I moved from Canada and needed to get my degrees (education) and licenses evaluated in order to work here in North Carolina. IEE really made the process straight forward and simple. I simply called and expected a long wait on the phone in order to get information on what to do. I was surprised that someone answered and I was able to speak to them right away. They told me exactly what I needed to submit and made it easy because I could send electronic version of things. They were also very responsive with email correspondence. They helped me each step of the way and also ensured I met my document submission deadlines for the NCDPI (NC department of public instruction). But definitely start the process early because priority mail and express can get costly in addition to the fees of the evaluation. They also charge an additional fee for electronic version of the evaluation, which in my case I needed to pay because I was on a tight deadline. I am very pleased with how they handled my evaluation. I called and spoke to someone right away; she took the time to answer my many questions and had me email her directly so that she could begin looking at my documents. They needed my A-Level (high school) certificates and were patient as I had them sent from the UK. Every email I sent was answered promptly and they made this process so very easy. Although their services come with a cost, they are much more reasonably priced than other companies I looked into. It was my first experience with IEE, Inc. During the process of having my credits transcripts, I was always in touch with IEE. I contacted IEE to have my degrees evaluated and I have to say that they made the process extremely easy. I wasn't sure at first of what to send them for the NC licensure so I sent them an email. They answered me the same day. I then submitted all the documents but forgot some of them so they sent me an email right away to notify me. The evaluation was sent to me fast.
