This company was amazing! The Owner Olya was super communicative and friendly. She had a crew of 4 ladies who showed up and they made the house sparkle. The actual price was not far off from the estimate. Just a $40 difference. They were very quick and very sweet. Moving is such a stressful time and I'm glad they were able to help and be so calming! My appointment was early morning (6:30am) for an empty 3 story townhome move out deep clean and the team showed up on time and called to check in. The home needed a thorough cleaning and took longer than expected (based on what was needed, not team's fault) but the team went above and beyond, even taking care of items I told them they didn't have to worry about. Olya and her team were wonderful! I called her on a whim on a Wednesday because we had family coming into town and, of course, had put off cleaning the place. She quickly responded that they could work me in on a FRIDAY AFTERNOON. But, the great customer service didn't stop there. Because this would be our first time using a maid service and first time meeting Olya, my fiance and I wanted at least one of us there to say hello and show them around. I asked Olya if they come to the house to provide proper estimates to see what needs to be done and she told me no, they don't come to the house. Since she said no, I asked her what that estimate included because it seemed a little high. Which I'm sure every client would like to know what services they are paying for. My husband & I did most of the "dumping" but Olya et al had to toss out most of their own equipment after exhausting it on cleaning the place & leaving it practically spotless. They removed tons of yukky carpeting & had to literally go on hands & knees to scrape the floors of residual glue. I used Olya and her team before to clean my house when I first moved in. She showed up with 3 other woman, was there for over 2 hours, and the house was fantastic. This month, I decided we wanted to get regular cleanings and gave Olya a call. When the day came, Olya didn't show up at her designated time. I texted her to see where she was, to which she called and said sorry she was running late. She called again, asking for the address. It seemed like she wanted me to cancel, but we had built it into our schedule to get the dog out. 45 minutes later, she showed up with one person, and was confused that there was very furniture there, which we expressed to be the case previously (we'd been living there for a year), and didn't think she'd get to everything but she was going to call her husband to help. Instead of calling to say she was done, like we asked, they left an hour later ( we knew because of our alarm system). I texted with her after because the house looked like she had done nothing but vacuum the couch. The floors were not done, the baseboard were dirty - there was a whole room they didn't even get to and our house is only 1100sq ft. I couldn't figure out what had happened in an hour (and why she was only there an hour). Her response was usually it's more money and they only do an hour- which I was not told before. , but she'd come back out to make it right. So I said that would be great, we still want future service, so that will make it better. She said she'd come Tuesday, of last week, and I still haven't heard back. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because this service was fine the first time, but it feels like I just threw away cash this time. I would look elsewhere for a house cleaning service.
